ZaMarly’s Return Policy
⦁ Returned item(s) must be unopened, unused, not tried on, unaltered, and undamaged. Merchandise must be returned with all accompanying manuals and accessories. Item(s) must be returned in original condition and in original packaging including all original tags, any paperwork. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
⦁ If returned items are not in the same condition with when they were sent, we will refuse or send the package back to you with shipping charge. Customers are responsible for the return postage.
⦁ Any claims for damaged, defected, wrong, or missing items must be submitted within 15 days from delivery date. It must be accompanied by photos displaying the evidence of the claim.
All Fine Jewelry and Watches must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date with a sales receipt. All watches must be returned unworn, unaltered, and in the original condition with packaging and any accompanying accessories. Special Orders/Personalized Gifts cannot be returned after delivery and acceptance. Refer to the manufacturer’s warranty for defective watches. Certified Jewelry should be returned with the certificate.
⦁ Body Jewelry:
All sales are final for Body Jewelry (including Belly Rings, Nose Rings, Eyebrow Rings, Captive Hoops, Ear Tapers, Ear Plugs, Circular Horseshoes) and are not returnable. Our policy ensures that body jewelry has not been worn or tried on.
⦁ Customers are responsible for the additional costs associated with return. We recommend that you send us an email: Zamarly@mail.com to get the mailing address where to send the merchandise back to us. ZaMarly will not be responsible for lost returns. Please note that refunds for merchandise returned without contacting us cannot be guaranteed.
⦁ Returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee and $ 65 pick up fee. All returned items will be inspected to see if you have the qualify for a refund.
⦁ Money Back
Return Credit will be issued after the inspection of returned item(s) is completed and always be issued to the same way to which they were originally charged. Some financial institutions can take up to 3-5 business days to process the refund. Please allow a few business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us.
