ZaMarly’s Exchange Policy

⦁ Human Hair or Wigs Exchange
As you know those are considered a hygienic products. The endless chooses you have from getting the right hair (Smooth, No Tangle, No Shed, Right Color…) is definitly difficult, so we are happy to exchange your unopened Hair set. We want you to be satisfied and happy with your hair. Due to re-sell reasons we only exchange items that have not been opened, worn or tampered with.

⦁ How To Exchange
We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back for an exchange. All items will be inspected to see if you can get an exchange. E-mail us at and let us know your order number, as well as which product you’d like to exchange for. We will send you the brand new hair product after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened.
⦁ We are happy to accept your set back for an exchange within 10-15 days, as long as it has not been opened, worn, or tampered with.

⦁ Processing Time
USA orders take 3-7 business days to be delivered with standard free shipping. Internatioanal orders may take anywhere from 5-10 business days.

⦁ Mailling
Customers must contact us via email at prior to sending your exchange, as our return address is different from the address we ship our hair from. Exchanges for merchandise returned without contacting us will be denied.

⦁ Shipping Fee Of Exchange
Customers are responsible for all exchange shipping costs. We highly recommend that you keep your tracking number, ZaMarly will not be responsible for lost packages.
